Shipping Information

Online orders are shipped using Australia Post. Prices as indicated below.

Australia Standard Delivery:

Up to 500g $10
500g – 3kg $15
3 – 5kg $20
Over 5kg $25

Australia Express Delivery:

Up to 500g $15
500g – 3kg $20
3 – 5kg $30
Over 5kg $35

You will be sent confirmation of shipping including a tracking number and will be able to track your delivery.

To ensure contactless delivery, the courier will leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home. Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within two (2) business days of the order being placed unless the item(s) is on pre-order. If you have ordered an item(s) on pre-order we will contact you with an approximate delivery date when you place your order.

Please check with Australia Post for accurate delivery times.

If you have a time-sensitive gift please contact us prior to placing your order so we can allocate the items for you.

International Shipping

International shipping is not offered.


Onda Home uses sustainable packaging when shipping orders. We may use compostable packing pellets when shipping our products. These pellets can be added to your compost, put in your green bin or dissolved in water.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if there is a fault with the product or it is not the product that you ordered, you may return the product within seven (7) days of delivery and we will provide a replacement product of the same value free of charge. Please be aware that postage will be at your cost.

Returns will be processed within five (5) to 10 business days upon receipt. In the event that a refund (excluding the initial delivery charge) is given, it will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we believe have been used or opened. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and we will return such goods to you.  Please be aware that we do not provide exchanges or returns for a change of mind.

We recommend you use the original shipping box we used to post your items. Please ensure the box is filled completely with pellets and the products are not touching other products or the walls of the box. We are unable to refund damaged goods and will notify you if this occurs within 48 hours of the parcel’s arrival at our location.


In the unfortunate event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please include the order number and images of the damaged box and/or damaged item(s).
